OVERVIEW OF THE CONDO
*** My reviews across all my properties support that my #1 goal is delivering an awesome beach vacation for my guests. This starts with a sparkling clean condo and fast, excellent customer service. If you need anything at all, or if something is not right, I am quick to respond! I’ve tried to think of everything that my family and my guests would want in a beach rental. Vacation rentals are my passion, and I am always trying to improve the guest experience so suggestions are welcome!

* Welcome to Holiday Surf & Racquet Club! This property is located in Holiday Isle, which is a peninsula surrounded by the Gulf of Mexico and Destin Harbor. Holiday Isle has 2+ miles of paved walking and biking trails and is surrounded by quiet neighborhoods with easy access to a plethora of dining, shopping, and activity options, including the Destin Harbor Boardwalk and Destin Commons.
* Holiday Surf & Racquet Club has a heated pool, 2 lighted tennis courts, BBQ grilling area, shuffleboard, gated entry, pool table, exercise rooms, saunas, and 300' of private beach access that is steps away from the condo. In addition, beach service is provided for $45/day, but we provide all the beach gear (chairs, umbrella, sunshade, towels, toys) that you would need in the condo!
* This 2BR/2BA condo is recently remodeled with an updated kitchen, new furniture, an in unit washer and dryer, and bright, beachy décor. It features a fully stocked, remodeled kitchen with stainless steel appliances and granite countertops. Adjacent to the kitchen is a dining space with seating for 6. The living room features Gulf views, comfortable and clean leather furniture, including a Queen sleeper sofa. From the living room, step onto the private balcony that offers sensational views of the Gulf, pool, and tennis courts. Soak in the Gulf views while watching the kids play in the pool below!
** Between the quiet neighborhood, all the property amenities, the beautiful private beach, and the Gulf views from this remodeled condo, this is the perfect place for your beach vacation!

– Master bedroom with KING bed, private bathroom, TV, and balcony access ( Sleeps 2)
– Secondary bedroom with QUEEN bed, TWIN bed, TV, and private bathroom ( Sleeps 3)
– Queen sleeper sofa in living room ( Sleeps 2)

FREE LOCAL SHUTTLE SERVICE:
> Destin Harbor Haulers is a local company that transports people around the area on 6-8 seater golf carts. It's a free service, but I am sure they appreciate tips! You can learn more by searching for them online!
For the kitchen and laundry rooms, we provide:
• A fully stocked kitchen with plenty of pots, pans, cooking and eating materials
• 3 rolls of paper towels
• Dish soap
• Hand soap
• Sponge
• Cleaning supplies
• 7+ dish detergent pods
• 7+ trash bags
• Coffee, tea, sugars, coffee filters
• Starter spices and olive oil
• Small Laundry Detergent (good for numerous loads)
• Fabric softener
For EACH bedrooms and bathroom, we provide:
• High quality bedding that is washed and dried at high temperatures
• 4 pillows
• Extra blanket
• 4 bath towels, multiple hand and wash towels
• One travel-sized shampoo, conditioner, soap, toothpaste, mouth wash
• 3 rolls of toilet paper, facial tissue
• Hair dryer
For beach gear, we provide:
• 4 folding, backpack beach chairs
• 6 beach towels
• A few beach toys
• 7 foot umbrella
• Small beach bag
