This 9th floor 2 bedroom/2 bath condo at Majestic Sun was completely remodeled down to the studs in 2020. The 9th Floor offers commanding views of sugary white sands and crystal clear waters of the Emerald Coast.
The recently completed remodel includes a custom kitchen with new appliances, countertops, and tile work. The kitchen is fully stocked with “more than the basics” so you and your group can prepare delicious meals while overlooking the Gulf of Mexico in your home away from home.
The living room has new wood flooring, all new furniture, beachy decor, a large Smart TV with cable and streaming access, and, best of all, those HUGE Gulf views! The attached balcony space offers room for dining and relaxing while you soak in the sights and sounds of the Emerald Coast. Down the hall, there is a stacked washer and dryer with plenty of laundry supplies for your stay.
The master bedroom is spacious with a King bed with a brand new mattress, 32″ TV, private closet, and private bathroom with upgraded vanity. The secondary bedroom currently has twin beds that are being upgraded to a King bed. In addition, the secondary bedroom has a private closet, bathroom with upgraded vanity, and 32″ TV.
Majestic Sun is a smoke-free environment with smoking and chewing tobacco prohibited in all common areas, including the garage, walkways, pools spa, and pool decks, as well as on the balconies.
