We provide a generous supply of kitchen supplies and other household (dishpods, laundry pods, soaps, trash bags, Ziploc bags) and toiletry items. No stingy host here! The living room new furniture with plenty of seating, beachy decor, a large Smart TV with cable and streaming access, and, best of all, those HUGE Gulf views! The attached balcony space offers room for dining and relaxing while you soak in the sights and sounds of the Emerald Coast. Adjacent to the living room, the large master bedroom is spacious with a King bed, 32″ TV, private closet, large private bathroom with upgraded vanity, and floor to ceiling sliding doors that look onto the balcony and Gulf.

Down the hall, there is a ½ bath and full-size washer and dryer with plenty of laundry supplies for your stay. The laundry room also offers plenty of space for the beach gear we provide (6 chairs, 2 umbrellas, a beach bag, and a speaker). The secondary bedrooms have one room with a Queen bed and one room with two Full beds. Both rooms have a 32” TV with cable access, an attached bathroom, and private closet.
