The expansive balcony has partial Gulf views and overlooks the pool so the kiddos can be watched from above. The master suite has a comfortable king bed, balcony access and a private bathroom with a separate stand up shower, large tub, and dual sinks. The secondary bedroom has a queen bed and adjoining bathroom. The enclosed bunkroom is a perfect place for kiddos or adventurous adults!

Pools: Rental guests staying in ADII have access to the three ADII pools (one is zero-entry for small children) as well as an additional five pools throughout Seascape. Wristbands provided at check in must be worn at all times.

Fitness Center: A private indoor fitness center for ADII guests is located on the first floor. An access card provided at check in is required for entry.

Beach: The beach is walkable from ADII – either down Seascape Drive or traversing the boardwalk over Stewart Lake, then cross Scenic 98 at the crosswalk.
