CONDO OVERVIEW

*** My reviews across all my properties support that my #1 goal is delivering an awesome beach vacation for my guests. This starts with a sparkling clean condo and fast, excellent customer service. If you need anything at all, or if something is not right, I am quick to respond! I’ve tried to think of everything that my family and my guests would want in a beach rental. Vacation rentals are my passion, and I am always trying to improve the guest experience so suggestions are welcome!

* Beautiful and bright vacation rental condo at Majestic Sun is located directly across from the beach on the seventh floor and sleeps a total of seven (+ pack-n-play).
* Amazing Gulf views from the living room and the balcony. Wake up and enjoy your morning coffee while taking in the beautiful sights of the sugar white sands and clear emerald waters of the Gulf of Mexico.
* Stylish, comfortable living area with a 58" Smart TV, which provides an open layout to the dining area and kitchen, along with extra tall ceiling
* Dining area includes a dining table that seats four guests with additional seating at the bar
* Kitchen has new countertops and new stainless-steel appliances and is well stocked with all utensils and cookware to create your own meals while on vacation.
* Master bedroom has a KING bed, SMART TV, an en-suite master bathroom with new walk in shower, and a large master closet
* Second bedroom has a Queen bed + a Twin bed + Smart TV
* There is an additional bathroom, accessible from the second bedroom and the hallway, which features a large vanity area as well as a tub/shower combination.
* Enjoy an in-unit washer and dryer – we provide plenty of detergent and laundry supplies!

* At Majestic Sun Resort, you can spend your days indulging in several amenities, including an indoor pool (heated in winter), outdoor pool, two hot tubs, Gulf facing fitness center, tennis courts, 18 hole golf course, and more!
* Beach access is easy, simply stroll across the street to the beach and lounge on the sugar white sands.

SURROUNDING AREA:

Majestic Sun is part of the Seascape Beach Resort with an 18 hole golf course, tennis facility, and 2000' of beach front. Seascape Town Center has shopping, dining, and entertainment. Grab breakfast and coffee at 2 Birds Cafe, fresh seafood at Acme Oyster House, $2 Tacos for " Taco Tuesday" at Mezcal Mexican Grill, or dessert at Moo La- La. The outdoor adventure park and Thrills Arcade and Laser Tag provide fun for all!

Numerous restaurants are within walking distance (~1 mile) including The Whale's Tail, The Surf Hut, Pompano Joe's, Mezcal Mexican Grille, Royal Palm Grille, Bad Ass Coffee, Two Birds Coffee and Cafe, Acme Oyster House, and more! Better yet, the Cabana Cafe is next door with great food, drinks. and live music – Open Late!

✹ NO PARTIES OR LOUD MUSIC – Occupancy and noise limits are strongly enforced by local authorities and subject to fines.
✹ BOOKING GUEST MUST BE 25+ AND PRESENT DURING THE WHOLE STAY – In the event of a disturbance, property security or local police will be called.
✹ CANCELLATION POLICY: One hundred percent (100%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 14 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 14 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued unless travel insurance has been purchased. In the event of a cancellation, the 3% Credit Card Processing Fee is NON-REFUNDABLE.

✹ Majestic Sun was built in 2004, and building management provides excellent maintenance service and routine structural and building inspections.

For the kitchen and laundry rooms, we provide:
• A fully stocked kitchen with plenty of pots, pans, cooking and eating materials
• 2-3 rolls of paper towels
• Dish soap
• Hand soap
• Sponge
• Cleaning supplies
• 7+ dish detergent pods
• 5+ trash bags
• Coffee, tea, sugars, coffee filters
• Starter spices and olive oil
• Small Laundry Detergent (good for numerous loads)
• Fabric softener

For EACH bedrooms and bathroom, we provide:
• High quality bedding that is washed and dried at high temperatures
• 4 pillows
• Extra blanket
• 4 bath towels, multiple hand and wash towels
• One travel-sized shampoo, conditioner, soap, toothpaste, mouth wash
• 3 rolls of toilet paper
• Hair dryer

For beach gear, we provide:
• 4 folding, backpack beach chairs
• 4 beach towels
• A few beach toys
• 7 foot umbrella
• Small beach bag
