*** My reviews across all my properties support that my #1 goal is delivering an awesome beach vacation for my guests. This starts with a sparkling clean condo and fast, excellent customer service. If you need anything at all, or if something is not right, I am quick to respond! I’ve tried to think of everything that my family and my guests would want in a beach rental. * This 2 bedroom/2.5 bath home is recently remodeled and features updated countertops, stainless steel appliances, updated vanities in the bathrooms, and a walk in shower in the master bath. There is tile and hardwood flooring throughout. In addition, the chic, beachy decor sets an appropriate vibe for this private Destin townhome with beautiful Gulf views from many angles.

* This spacious (~1300 square feet) townhome home boasts an open living, dining, and kitchen area with Gulf views from the living room. In the living room, there is plenty of seating, a new Queen sleeper sofa, and a new 58" SMART T Vs. Off of the living room, the entry way has an elevated, covered patio with Gulf views and plenty of space for relaxing and dining. In addition, there is a convenient half bath and an outdoor shower accessible on the first level.

* Upstairs, the large master bedroom features a KING bed, 32" SMART TV, remodeled bathroom, floor to ceiling sliding doors with Gulf views, and a private patio overlooking the Gulf. It's the perfect place to soak in the sights and sounds of the Emerald Coast while enjoying your morning coffee or an afternoon/evening beverage. The secondary bedroom features a Queen + Twin Trundle Bed, Smart TV, and access to a private bathroom.

**DOGS ARE ALLOWED**
-2 dogs maximum
– Only dogs less than 30 pounds
– Dogs are not allowed on the furniture at any time
-$100 pet fee is required (this $ goes directly to the cleaner)

– Master bedroom: KING bed, private bathroom with walk in shower, Smart TV, private balcony with GULF views ( Sleeps 2)

THE NEIGHBORHOOD

This home is located directly on Scenic Gulf Drive and offers all the conveniences of the Emerald Coast Parkway/ Highway 98. The beach can be seen from both patios, the living room, and the master bedroom, and is a short walk across the street. This home is centrally located and provides easy access to beach front restaurants and activities/attractions on Highway 98.

✹ NO SMOKING
✹ NO PARTIES OR LOUD MUSIC – Occupancy and noise limits are strongly enforced by local authorities and subject to fines.
✹ BOOKING GUEST MUST BE 25+ AND PRESENT DURING THE WHOLE STAY – In the event of a disturbance, property security or local police will be called.
✹ CANCELLATION POLICY: One hundred percent (100%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 14 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 14 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued unless travel insurance has been purchased. In the event of a cancellation, the 3% Credit Card Processing Fee is NON-REFUNDABLE.
>PLEASE NOTE: In the event you need to cancel inside of the cancellation window, please just let me know, and I will do my best to work with you. I am often able to rebook the dates and provide a refund.

For the kitchen and laundry rooms, we provide:
• A fully stocked kitchen with plenty of pots, pans, cooking and eating materials
• 3 rolls of paper towels

• Cleaning supplies
• 7+ dish detergent pods
• 7+ trash bags
• Coffee, tea, sugars, coffee filters

• Small Laundry Detergent (good for numerous loads)
• Fabric softener

For EACH bedrooms and bathroom, we provide:
• High quality bedding that is washed and dried at high temperatures
• 4 pillows
• Extra blanket
• 4 bath towels, multiple hand and wash towels
• One travel-sized shampoo, conditioner, soap, toothpaste, mouth wash
• 3 rolls of toilet paper, facial tissue
• Hair dryer

For beach gear, we provide:
• 4 folding, backpack beach chairs
• 6 beach towels
• A few beach toys
• Two 7 foot umbrellas
• Small beach bag
